Full of quaint gift shops, antique shops, restaurants in the downtown area. Take a walk on the new Sagadahoc Bridge to see breathtaking views. While you're there take a look at the latest Navy destroyers built by Bath Iron Works. Don't forget breakfast or lunch (or both) at Mae's Cafe and dinner at the Kennebec Tavern!

 

Boothbay Harbor (30 miles)

If ocean side shopping is your cup of chowder; you might try Boothbay Harbor. Its unique stores and gift shops are entangled amidst boat docks and scenic harbor tours. View a living, breathing fishing community in action.

 

Wiscasset (15 miles)

Wiscasset is a small little village lined with unique little shops and restaurants. Don't forget to schedule a tour with our friends at River Run Tours while you are there!
