From the South: 

• Follow 295 to exit 28 (formerly exit 22) Bath-Brunswick Coastal Route 1
• This exit will place you on Pleasant Street in Brunswick, stay in the left lane to follow Route 1.
• Follow Route 1 into Bath, take second Bath exit (just after Bert's Exxon) for Route 209 & Phippsburg
• Turn right onto Route 209 and follow for about 3 miles until you see Winnegance General Store on your right
• Take a right at the General Store and follow for another 3 miles, Meadowbrook  is located on the right.  
• Please remember you are now traveling winding, country roads! Please watch your odometer as these roads make 3 miles seem a little bit longer!

From the North:

• Follow Route 1 South until you cross the new Sagadahoc Bridge taking you from Woolwich to Bath. 
• Take right lane exit off the bridge, go straight. 
• Take a left at the first stoplight.  You are now on Washington Street and should see Bath Iron Works and the Maine Maritime Museum as you travel down the road. 
• Follow this road until the end, then take a left onto High Street/Route 209. 
• On the right about a 1/4 mi. you will see Winnegance General Store.
• Take a right at the General Store and follow for another three miles, Meadowbrook is located on the right. 
• Please remember you are now traveling winding, country roads! Please watch your odometer as these roads make 3 miles seem a little bit longer!
